Literally the slowest thing I’ve ever done in my life. Just goes to show that it’s not a week or month long diet, it’s a life change. I’ve slowly changed my eating habits and now I enjoy healthy food. When I first started out I absolutely despised the gym. Now it’s the one place I look forward to going in order to get away from everything else. I look at bodies and people differently. I don’t judge people based on physical apects anymore because I know how hard it can be to change - or keep the body you have. Or how much of a struggle it is to live with a body you are embarrassed of (been there, done that). I love my life now because I am healthy and active and I don’t need to HIDE.
